MyCarPaint.net is here to make your car refinishing easy. We are here to assist car users to fix their vehicles without having to set foot in every paint shops.
How it works.
- Pick the services you want. Follow our simple steps by clicking here.
- Once the order is submitted, your selected panel authorized Paint Shop will contact you to discuss your appointment and date to send your car and address any questions you may have.
- Upon sending your car to the Paint Shop, you’ll be notify on the time and date of completion and pickup.
- During the process, you’ll be able to monitor and get updates on the job in progress.
- At the time of pickup/delivery, you’ll may check if the job is completed as per your expectation.
- Sign off and collect your car with peace of mind, you’ll be issued a MyCarPaint.net Warranty (base on the type of Service purchased is 3 or 5 Years)
Important:
Warranty is only valid on Products and Services purchased in this website.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your collection, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit the reasons of defects together with pictures to us by email refund@mycarpaint.net
Only purchases made from MyCarPaint.net will be entitle for refund or warranty request. Any other purchases is not covered by us.
Refund will be subjected to approval by MyCarPaint.net. Bear in mind all defected will be covered by our 3 or 5 years warranty.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your car back to the paint shop.
There are situations where defects cause by human errors / accidents and natural disasters will not be entitled for refund.
Refund
Once we received and inspected your submissions, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
